Custom engineered hot and cold aisle containment solutions that keep your data center running smoothly — and make your build-out be more efficient, too.
The right aisle containment system can have a big impact on your data center’s efficiency and the effectiveness of the equipment within it. DAMAC’s engineers collaborate with you to design a custom build or recommend one of our turnkey, design-built solutions for hot or cold aisle containment. You’ll get a highly efficient, custom solution that offers continuity in your building, whether you’re working with us on a completely new build or adding to an existing layout.
Coordinating multiple contractors can be difficult in and of itself. If one is running behind or doesn’t make it to your site at all as planned you’re losing money and time, and you have a new headache to deal with on top of it.
DAMAC’s design-build approach to custom hot or cold aisle containment systems can help eliminate these all-too-common barriers to a successful data center build-out. This offers you a single point-of-contact for your project’s aisle containment design, manufacturing and delivery.
DAMAC has the in-house engineering, consultative experts and manufacturing capabilities to make your data center build-out a success.
As a Maysteel product, we have access to the raw materials you need for your aisle containment systems including those in high demand such as poly panels. With our global sourcing partnerships and established relationships you can breathe a little easier when it comes to the supply chain’s impact on your project.
We take your timeline as seriously as you do and are committed to getting your aisle containment solutions designed, produced and delivered when and where you need them. We engineer and manufacture from five North American facilities. That keeps us close to your locations and reduces the time your equipment is in transport.

DAMAC’s hot aisle containment solutions isolate hot aisles with vertical panels to create significant reductions in energy costs. Our system uses vertical panels to direct hot air generated by your data center’s equipment into the hot air return or a drop-down ceiling grid, and prevent it from mixing with cold air. This solution can improve cooling efficiency and increase cooling capacity of your CRAC units.
The system includes user-specified vertical panels, cabinet brackets and end-of-row door kits. Plus, DAMACs modular design makes assembly and deployment in your data center quicker than ever.

DAMAC’s cold aisle containment systems are a great fit for high-density data centers. This solution caps cold air at the tops of cabinets and across the aisles, and directs it onto densely populated racks using doors installed at the end of the row. This offers a much more efficient solution than cooling an entire room of high-density racks.
Our aisle top panels and end door kits are easily customizable to meet your specific requirements for airflow and energy efficiency. DAMAC panels attach horizontally to server racks, and door kits bolt to a raised floor or slab.

Rigid aisle panels are available for 36″ and 48″ aisle widths. Panels include button mounts that lock into keyholes in the included cabinet mating brackets. Brackets allow for up to 6” of panel adjustability for centering over the aisle way. An optional fuse-link mating model is available for added fire safety. Fuse-links separate at 135°F, dropping the panel for sprinkler access to the aisle way.
The aisle door kit fits aisle widths of 36″ to 48″ and includes double doors with clear inserts, door latch and bottom brush kit. The double doors are supported by a floor mounted server rack structure.
